FOR DONALD RAY WALLACE JR. MY FRIEND

Once again another prisoner - one of two million - moves from lock-up (or, in this case, a year of lock-down) to the outside world, having been killed by the state. Once again, dead victims failed to rise from the dead. Once again we fulfill the eddict of the Koran, "Who kills shall be killed." While most of the civilized world has outgrown this, America goes on with the death machine. They used to do it in Britain. Wilde wrote this in prison:
